APPOINTMENT TIME:

 

Punctuality is of utmost importance. A time period of 15 minutes from the scheduled time is allowed. Beyond this, the appointment stands subject to automatic cancellation, with no refunds granted.

 

NO SHOWS/RESCHEDULING:

 

Cancellation requests necessitate a minimum 48-hour notice. Failing to comply results in a 50% cancellation fee. Full payment is mandatory for no-show instances. Rebooking an appointment post non-payment of the cancellation fee is not possible.

 

UNSATISFACTORY TREATMENTS:

 

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If you encounter dissatisfaction, kindly notify our team before departing the premises.

SALON POLICY

 

• DEPOSITS, will be required at the time of booking, after you have booked online you will receive an email from your technician requesting the deposit amount.

​

• CANCELATIONS, if you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your booking is due a 50% Cancellation fee will be charged, if you Cancel your appointment 24 hours before or on the day the full service of your treatment will be charged by invoice, failure to pay will lead to court action being taken.

• HAIR EXTENSIONS & HAIR LOSS

• PAYMENTS, full payment to be taken before the hair is fitted or if ordering Ghostwefts or premium hair this must be paid before hair is ordered (this is due to people trying to leave without paying for hair.) please note if you fail to pay fully for your hair then appropriate action will be taken, NO EXCEPTIONS!! ( you don't do your food shop then walk out without paying or shout over I'll send you the money when I'm paid next week!?)

• HONESTY, You must be honest about your hair type and condition (if your hair is not in a good enough condition we can refuse the right to fit your hair extensions and you will still be charged full price!

• ALLERGIES, You must let us know if you have any allergies ( this is your responsibility! all hair extension methods at flawless use metal rings or bonds if you are allergic to metal then please advise us and we can recommend other methods suitable for your hair type. ( please note latex is used when fitting a

​

• LATENESS, if you are late for your appointment it may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit plus have to pay in full when booking your next

​

• SICKNESS, If you are sick and have to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible we will happily re book you in for when you are feeling better, please do not come to the salon if you are unwell.

• CANCELLATIONS, please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment so we can offer it someone else, late cancellation is a loss of deposit and you will have to pay in full when booking your next

​

• CLEAN HAIR, If I am not able to carry out the fitting due to hair not being clean then there will be an extra charge for wash and blow dry or your appointment could be cancelled and rebooked

​

• NO REFUNDS, all hair is none refundable once the hair is taken out of the bands, it is your responsibility to check you are happy with the shade and condition of the hair before the hair is fitted, once it comes out of the bands it belongs to you and is none refundable under any circumstance.
